October 5, 2024: Greenlawn Cemetery
Our next group trip is planned for October 5th at Greenlawn Cemetery from 8a-11a! This will be a STUDENT MEMBERS ONLY hike. We will meet in the Parking Lot Area

If you want to bring a friend, they must pay $10 for the hike which makes them an official member for a whole year! They can sign up and pay the fee on site prior to the hike as registration online is for members only.

To date we have been working hard at growing our membership by offering open field trips. However, we are now returning to our focus of student-led trips, which are for members only. The Ohio Young Birders Club is unique in its focus on student members and growing their leadership skills, bird expertise, and bonding together over a shared love of birds. Adults not wanting to drop students off and leave trip sites are welcome to stay onsite and enjoy their own bird outings in the vicinity, but only student members will be included on official field trips, unless otherwise noted. Our next group trip is planned for September 14th at Battelle Darby from 8 - 10:30 a.m.! All are welcome, you do not need to be a member to participate. We will meet in the Little Darby Picnic Area parking lot (3711 Gardner Rd, Galloway, OH 43119) .

August 6, 2024: Our next group trip is planned at Get Out Adventures! This is open to advisors, students, and family of students. We will meet at Get Out Adventures : 6000 Harriott Rd, Powell, OH 43065

The cost is 35$ per student and 50$ per adult. I will send the sign up with Get Out Adventures once I receive it, but keep the cost in mind when you sign up.
