Our trip started at the Nature Center and here we introduced ourselves.

Black-throated Green Warblers and Ovenbirds were heard as we started down the trail.

Hairstreaks were everywhere and Ebony Jewelwings were finding the sunbeams.

Looking for an elusive  Scarlet Tanager and a resting Great Spangled Fritillary.

There were plenty of wildflowers to see and even a Tawny Emperor hung around.

We ended with a picnic lunch meeting.

It was a great time, thanks Rick & Kim!
